Upon arrival, we will give you your room number and key, along with the relevant information about the Hotel. You must always show this card at dinner. If you wish to charge anything to your room at the Bar/Spa, you also need to show your card.

INCIDENTS or MALFUNCTIONS: Please inform reception of any incident so that we can address it as soon as possible.
WAKE-UP CALL SERVICE AND EARLY BREAKFAST ON DEPARTURE DAY: If you are scheduled to leave before the Restaurant opens, please inform the reception the day before so that we can offer you a cold breakfast. We have a wake-up call service for our guests who wish to be woken up.
Please pay the bill including tourist taxes the day before departure before 21:30 or the day of departure from 08:00 onwards.
Free PARKING: To enter the car park, pull up in front of the barrier and it will open automatically. To leave simply use your room card.
HIKING: Throughout most of the year, the Hotel offers guided excursions with expert local guides in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Guests will be able to fully enjoy the nature that surrounds us and discover extreme, rugged landscapes. Affordable excursions can be booked at reception.
OTHER SERVICES: general information, car rental, electric bike rental, tennis court reservations (€), etc.
TABLE TENNIS. Rackets and balls will be provided at reception. Please take care of the equipment.

Internet Room. The hotel has a room with a computer with Internet access and a printer. Guests who wish to print their boarding passes may do so free of charge.
TAXI/TRANSFERS. Book Taxis 24 hours in advance. Book Private transfers 48 hours in advance.
LIVE MUSIC. At Bar Tafona on Tuesdays and Fridays at 20:30 (subject to possible changes)
LUGGAGE/SHOWER ROOM ON DEPARTURE DAY. For guests who need to leave in the evening, there is a luggage storage room at reception and guests can use the Spa changing rooms to spruce themselves up if they wish.
