Located on the first floor of the historic building, in what was formerly the olive oil press, it offers a wide variety of local and international drinks; several indoor lounges (two of them with fireplaces) and a pleasant terrace overlooking the hotel gardens.

On Tuesdays and Fridays there is live music at 20:30.
