Hotel Es Port is implementing different measures in order to become a sustainable and environmentally respectful hotel
and has obtained the international Travelife seal.
Help us to follow the example by following these guidelines:
- Room cleaning schedule: 9 am to 3 pm (remember to remove the do not disturb sign on time if you want your room to be cleaned)
- Change of pool towels: at the outdoor pool (lifeguard) from 11 am to 6 pm (Summer season)
- Change of bathroom towels: please leave the towels on the bathroom floor if you want them to be changed.
- We remind our customers to make a responsable use of water and electrical energy
- Recycling: place all that is rejected in the bathroom garbage and plastic, paper and glass in the bedroom garbage. Our cleaning staff will take care of recycling these materials.
- We are minimizing the use of plastics, so we have replaced our amenities with reusable dispensers made of recycled material and selected high-quality natural cosmetics. These dispensers are property of the hotel. If you wish to purchase this product, it is for sale at the reception. If you need any additional items, do not hesitate to ask us.
- On the day of arrival you will f ind 1 bottle of water courtesy of the hotel.
- If you want milk for your tea or coffee you can request it from the cleaning staff or at the reception
- For hygiene reasons, please do not use the minibar for your own products.
- We remember that it is not possible to smoke in the rooms or on the balconies.
- Free use of the safe.
- Windows have an automatic sensor. If you open the window, the air conditioning/heating stops.
- Laundry service: Available from Monday to Friday. Clothing collected before 12h noon. Will be returned before 24- 36h. Please contact reception.
